Last role: Senior Operations Manager
Leading the Robotic and ICQA department, responsible for a team of 30 Managers and more than 1,300 Associates on an operation running 24/7, 365 days. High focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with 50%+ of department leaders from the BLNA (Black, Latino, Native American) community.
Responsible for the Fulfillment Center inventory of more than 30 million items. Implemented a mechanism to reduce defectivity and improve inventory control that led to 25% decrease in inventory defect rate.
Point of contact with Boston Amazon Robotic team to pilot new hardware and software solutions in order to reduce ergonomic safety risks and improve productivity.
Prepared strategic white paper for the Department for Peak Season 2021/2022 and Prime Days 2021/2022 leading the team as a top three shipper in the North America Network.
TENARIS
2014 / 2020
Last role: Warehouse and Distribution Manager – Tenaris McCarty
Managed the internal and external logistic of the Tenaris McCarty facility, with a steady daily flow of 100 trucks (18-wheelers) and 3,000Mtons of material on a daily basis.
Supervised a team of 50 Employees (white and blue collars) working on a three shift base.
Head of cost control and budget alignment for the whole logistic operation (above 3Mil$).
Project Manager Technical Investments
Collaborated with an international team for the first Tenaris seamless pipe facility in the USA.
Managed $3M investments for pipe NDT machines and pipes handling lines
Closed all project related efforts on schedule.
Provided engineering expertise for the installation of 3 automated robotic cell islands utilizing 7 robotic arms.
Assistant Project Manager for the design and deployment of Tenaris’ first Service and Distribution Center in the USA; opened on time with a 10% reduction of planned costs; improved supply chain efficiency.
Assisted the Engineering Department in the design and deployment of innovative solutions for supply chain and manufacturing processes.

Intern, Management Consulting
Implemented lean production tools for Porsche turnaround experience to customer production units with the goal of identifying process bottleneck and improve productivity.
Performed a cost deployment analysis for an Italian FMCG leading company and uncovered 10% in operational cost savings.
Reorganized a production line for a small Italian automotive company with just in time and Kanban methodology resulting in a 25% cost reduction while increasing production by 15%.

Skiing is one of my greatest passions, and it truly runs in my DNA. Growing up in the Dolomites, I was surrounded by breathtaking mountains and a vibrant skiing culture. Whether gliding down the slopes or enjoying the stunning alpine scenery, skiing brings me immense joy and a sense of freedom. It’s a part of who I am, and I cherish every moment on the snow
I love playing tennis, and over the years, I have refined my technique. The sport brings out my competitive spirit and my pursuit of perfection in every stroke. Each match challenges me to improve, and I relish the opportunity to push my limits and elevate my game.
I am passionate about cooking and love experimenting in the kitchen to delight my guests. My Italian soul finds joy in exploring other cuisines and cultures, allowing me to blend flavors and techniques in exciting ways. Each dish is an opportunity to share a piece of my heritage while also embracing the diversity of global culinary traditions.
